The short version

No maze and no surprise subscription. You pay €49 once, including applicable VAT, for 12 months of SafeMix Pro from launch. SafeMix is still in development and will launch no later than 31 December 2026. There is no automatic renewal. You can ask for a full refund at any time before launch, in addition to any rights the law gives you.

Who you contract with

SafeMix is operated by Tsarion Consulting FZCO, IFZA Building A1, DDP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Email contact@safemix.eu. The complete company registration details will appear in our imprint before sales open.

The founding offer

• One founding-member place, limited to 100 paid places.
• €49 once, including applicable VAT. Stripe shows the final total before payment.
• 12 months of Pro access starting on the date SafeMix launches, no later than 31 December 2026.
• No automatic renewal or future charge. We may offer an optional plan after the 12 months, but you decide whether to buy it.
• SafeMix is not a finished product today. Payment reserves the future access described above.

Your contract starts when Stripe accepts the payment and we send confirmation to the email address you supplied. Please save that confirmation; it is your durable copy of the offer.

What SafeMix does—and does not do

SafeMix is software that helps organise information and prepare compliance materials for your review. It is not legal or regulatory advice, and it is not a managed filing service. You remain responsible for checking your information and deciding whether to use or submit an output.

Launch, access and changes

We will email access instructions when SafeMix launches. If we cannot launch by 31 December 2026, we will offer a prompt full refund; you do not need to accept a later date. We may improve or change features while building, but not the price, access period, refund promise or essential nature of the founding offer without your express agreement.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Our refund policy is part of these terms. In brief: email contact@safemix.eu before launch for a full refund, with no reason required. If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you may also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right from the day the contract is concluded. Our voluntary pre-launch refund promise does not reduce that right or your statutory remedies for a digital service that is not supplied as agreed.

Problems and complaints

Start with contact@safemix.eu; a founder will review the issue. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any mandatory law or court available in the country where you live. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025.

Changes to these terms

The version accepted at checkout governs that purchase. We may update these terms for future sales, and will show a new date when we do.
