Refunds without the runaround

Before launch: ask and we refund

Bought a €49 founding-member place and changed your mind? Email contact@safemix.eu from the address used at checkout. Ask any time before SafeMix launches and we will refund the full payment to the original payment method. No reason is required, no retention call is required, and there is no cancellation fee.

We will initiate the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your request. Your bank or card provider can take additional time to show it.

Your statutory withdrawal right

If EU or EEA consumer law applies, you generally have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. You can use any clear statement or copy the model form below. We will acknowledge your request by email. Our longer pre-launch promise is extra; it does not replace or restrict statutory rights.

After launch

There is no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel for a future charge. Your 12-month access runs from launch. Mandatory remedies still apply if the digital service is not supplied or does not conform to the contract. Contact us and we will first try to put it right; where the law requires, that can include a price reduction or termination and refund.

An email is enough; a handwritten signature is not needed for an emailed form. We will use the order email only to locate and protect the payment.
