Who is responsible

The controller is Tsarion Consulting FZCO, which operates SafeMix. Contact contact@safemix.eu with a privacy question or request.

Founding-member requests and email

If you request access, we keep your email address, language, country when supplied by our hosting provider, request time and basic campaign attribution. An answer about what you make is stored only if you choose to share it. We use this to measure genuine interest, confirm your request and send the founding invitation you requested.

We record whether operational email was sent, delivered, delayed, bounced or reported as spam. This helps us troubleshoot and stop sending to addresses that bounce or complain. We do not put email bodies or product formulations in these delivery records.

Purchases and support

If you buy a founding-member place, Stripe processes the payment. We keep the order email, Stripe customer and payment references, amount, currency, country, purchase/refund timestamps and an optional refund reason. SafeMix does not receive or store your full card number. Messages sent to contact@safemix.eu are handled in Microsoft 365.

Website analytics

SafeMix measures use of this pre-launch page by default without advertising cookies or browser storage. A random identifier exists only in page memory while it is open, then disappears. We measure sections viewed and interactions—not what you type. If you allow optional analytics cookies, we can keep a random identifier and first-touch campaign details to understand visits over time. Explicit events go to our EU-hosted PostHog project with autocapture disabled. When configured, Microsoft Clarity also records the consented marketing-site session; input fields are masked and it is never enabled on sensitive product routes. Why, where and how long

We process request and invitation data to take the steps you ask for before a contract and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in operating a limited pre-launch programme. We process purchase and support data to perform the contract, meet accounting and consumer-law obligations and handle claims. Optional analytics relies on consent.

The site and transactional email run on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Ireland). Human mail uses Microsoft 365 and payments use Stripe. These providers may process data outside your country; where GDPR applies, we use the provider terms and transfer safeguards intended for those transfers.

We keep data only while needed for the purpose above and any mandatory accounting, tax or claims period. If you withdraw from the waitlist, we suppress further invitations and retain only what is needed to honour that choice or another legal obligation. The exact production retention schedule is a launch gate and will be published here before paid sales open.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or export your personal data, or object to processing. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. We aim to acknowledge requests within 72 hours and complete them within the applicable legal deadline after verifying that we are acting for the right person.
